If you're not 100% satisfied with your first session, it's free. For post-paid, at the end of the session just say you want to use the guarantee offer and briefly explain why. For pre-paid, simply request a full refund along with a brief explanation of why you weren't satisfied before you leave the premises. All refund requests must be made immediately after the appointment completion. You will receive a full refund anywhere from 2 to 7 business days. It's that simple.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To prevent money-back guarantee abuse, clients who have requested refunds or otherwise activated the guarantee offer will be blocked from booking further appointments. The initial payment must be made or initial refund must be reversed to re-establish one's ability to book another session.
This refund policy applies to first-time single session clients only.
All subsequent appointments are non-refundable.
Multi-session appointments are non-refundable.
