     If you're not 100% satisfied with your first individual session, it's free. For prepaid and deposit customers simply request a full refund along with a brief explanation of why you weren't satisfied before you or your massage therapist leaves the premises. All refund requests must be made immediately after the appointment completion. You will receive a full refund anywhere from 2 to 7 business days. It's that simple.


IMPORTANT NOTE: To prevent money-back guarantee abuse, clients who have requested refunds or otherwise activated the guarantee offer will be blocked from booking further appointments. The initial payment must be made or the initial refund must be reversed to re-establish one's ability to book another session.

This refund policy applies to first-time single session clients only.

All subsequent appointments are non-refundable.

Multi-session appointments are non-refundable.
